Local processing
RF_4DAT performs Bluetooth scanning and trend insights on-device.
Optional location
Location is used only to auto-tag scans by place. It is never uploaded.
No data collection
We do not collect, sell, or share personal data. Scan history stays on your phone.
Exports
You can export your history as CSV from the app at any time.
The 4DAT method
Your data lives on your device by default. Creating an account is always optional, and we never hold more data than the app needs to work.
Optional account (Android)
You can sign in with Google if you want history backup and sync across devices. Sign-in is Google OAuth only — we never see or store a password. The only account data we hold is your email address and a Google-issued user ID.
Optional sync
Sync is off unless you turn it on. When enabled, only what the app already shows you is stored — scan counts, place labels, and device names. Never GPS coordinates.
Delete your account
Delete your account and all synced data any time from Settings in the app, or request deletion here.
Purchases
RF 4DAT Pro is sold through the App Store and Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never receive your payment details.
Permissions on Android
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi permissions power scanning; location is required by Android for scan results and is used on-device for place labels. Scheduled scans record signal counts only, with no location.
