Delete your RF 4DAT account
RF 4DAT follows the 4DAT method: your scans live on your device, and an account is always optional. If you created one, you can delete it and everything synced with it at any time.
Fastest: delete in the app
Open RF 4DAT for Android, go to Settings → Account & sync, and tap Delete account. Your account and any synced history are removed immediately.
Or email us
Send a deletion request from the email address you signed in with to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my RF 4DAT account”. We verify the request and delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account record (email address and Google-issued user ID) and all synced scan history — counts, place labels, and device names. Nothing is retained after deletion.
What stays on your device
Scan history stored locally on your phone is yours and is not touched by account deletion. Clear it in the app, or uninstall, if you want it gone too.
Purchases
RF 4DAT Pro is tied to your Google Play or Apple account, not to an RF 4DAT account. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a purchase, and you can still restore Pro afterward.
